Half of this double page spread is of the image of Lily Allen standing in a friendly pose which invites the reader in to read the article. As well as that, the big bold title 'People think I'm an attention seeker, but I'm just honest' also appeals to readers who may or may not know who Lily Allen is but could create an interest for them to carry on reading the article. I think it is important for the title of the page to be big and bold to clearly state what the article will be about so that it invites the audience in. The title is a quote from Lily Allen which could be seen as targeting the audience of young teenagers as it gives a sense of her rebelling, which stereotypically, will attract the attention of some teenagers.
The colour scheme matches Lily Allen's outfit, red, white and black. There are some red text in the rest of the text which is black, to emphasis certain parts. Her hair is a quite a messy look which could again reflect and symbolize her as a rebel again attracting teenagers. Without even reading the article which is split into 4 columns, all of this gives a clear idea and hints to the audience about what the article is about. Below the title, is a short introduction to what the article is about, persuading the audience to carry on reading. I like the layout of this double page spread because it doesn't look boring yet doesn't look too cluttered.
